Intellectual property
The structure of the website, its texts and its visual identity are the property of the publisher. The layout visuals shown are generated by artificial intelligence. The brands, product names and visuals belonging to third-party merchants remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products referenced.
Links to merchants
Product links go through decoscale.com, which counts the click, then lead to the merchants' product pages. For two of them (SLF24 and Massivmoebel24), the link goes through the Awin affiliate network and the merchant pays the publisher a commission on any resulting purchase, with no markup for the user. Links to the other merchants are direct and earn the publisher nothing. Prices and availability are given for information only and as of the date shown; only the merchant's information is authoritative at the time of purchase.
Limits of liability
Room dimensions estimated from a photograph carry a margin of error, which is always displayed. They do not constitute a measured survey and cannot replace a check by the user before any purchase. The publisher cannot be held liable for an unsuitable purchase resulting from an unchecked measurement.
Consumer mediation
DecoScale sells layout credits to consumers, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale. The publisher also receives a referral commission from two merchants, SLF24 and Massivmoebel24, whose product links go through the Awin affiliate network, with no markup for the user. Links to the other merchants lead directly to their pages and give rise to no remuneration.
DecoScale sells no furniture: no contract of sale is therefore concluded between the publisher and the user for the products shown. Such a contract is formed exclusively between the user and the merchant selling the product.
In accordance with articles L.612-1 and L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, DecoScale has appointed CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice) as consumer mediator. Its full contact details and the referral procedure are set out in article 10 of the terms of sale.
