No. The price shown is the price paid: no VAT (not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code) and no set-up fee.
Is the furniture more expensive through you?
No. You buy directly from the merchant, at its price. We add no markup and sell no furniture ourselves.
How do you make a living?
From the subscriptions and packs you buy here, and from a commission with two merchants. With SLF24 and Massivmoebel24, our product links are affiliate links and we earn a commission paid by the merchant. Your price is the same. With the other merchants, the link is direct and we are paid nothing.

Is a failed layout deducted?
No. If the render fails, your credit is returned automatically.
What happens to an unused credit?
It stays yours. No credit expires, neither from a pack nor from a subscription. If you cancel, you keep the ones you have already paid for. We warn you if your balance builds up unused: paying for a subscription you are not using is in nobody’s interest.
Can I stop whenever I want?

What happens beyond the volume of a professional plan?
The volume is stated, not hidden: beyond it, we talk rather than cut you off. Beyond 210 layouts a month, or for several agencies, write to us: that is a quote, not a price list.
