1. Purpose
DecoScale is an online service that produces, from a photograph supplied by the user, a layout proposal for a space, illustrated with products offered by third-party merchants.
2. Nature of the service
DecoScale sells no furniture and takes no part in the transaction. The contract of sale is formed exclusively between the user and the merchant, on the merchant's terms. Deliveries, returns, warranties and complaints are the merchant's responsibility.
3. Nature of the visuals
The layouts shown are visuals generated by artificial intelligence. They illustrate a proposal and are neither a photograph of your furnished room nor a contractual representation of the products. When a proposed product is not exactly the one shown in the image, this is explicitly indicated.
4. Measurements and dimensions
Dimensions estimated from a photograph carry a margin of error, displayed with the result. It is the user's responsibility to check the dimensions of their space and those of the product before any purchase.
5. Proper use
The user warrants that they hold the rights to the photographs they submit and undertakes not to submit any image showing an identifiable person, or any unlawful or indecent content. Any attempt to misuse the service, to extract data automatically or to circumvent quotas may lead to suspension of access.
6. Availability
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability. It depends on third-party technical providers whose unavailability may interrupt it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
Paid offers (design credits) are governed by the terms of sale, in force since 17 October 2026: right of withdrawal, prices, payment and cancellation terms.
